Tuition | $1,600/mo

Full-Time Child Care. One Competitive Price. No Surprise Fees

We provide full-time childcare for infants (under 2 years) and toddlers (2- years) at a fixed monthly rate of $1,600 per child. Our tuition policy is based on a per-spot model rather than a per-schedule one. As a small in-home childcare facility with a maximum of six students, it's essential for us to maintain an optimal 1:6 caregiver-to-child ratio. Parents are welcome to take vacations with their children, but the monthly tuition must be paid to secure their enrollment.

What is included?

Flexible Schedule

Our program offers per-spot enrollment instead of adhering to a fixed schedule. This means your enrollment is secure as long as you continue to pay the monthly tuition. We are flexible with schedule changes, such as doctor’s appointments, late pick-ups due to work or travel, and extended vacations. Our goal is to partner with you to simplify your life while delivering quality child care

Snacks Throughout the Day

Your child will always have access to snacks throughout the day in addition to their scheduled breakfast and lunch. Our students discover their favorite fruits, crackers, and vegetables while enjoying these snacks. Please inform us if your child has any dietary restrictions.

No Potty Accident Fees

Did you know that some childcare centers and daycares require children to be potty trained for admission and even charge parents a fee for potty accidents? That's right—a fee for each incident! But not in our program! We provide potty training guidance. :)

Breakfast and Lunch

Our students enjoy two complete meals: breakfast and lunch, served before their afternoon nap. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, no pork, beef, and no nuts. However, we are unable to provide alternatives for infants or toddlers following a vegan diet.

No Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-Up Fees

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and not everyone can arrive right on schedule. We also recognize that commitments may arise before the scheduled drop-off time. As a result, we do not impose any fees for early drop-offs or late pick-ups.

No Additional Supply Fees

Certain daycares and childcare centers may charge a quarterly supply fee per student to replenish toys. Here, we rotate toys seasonally to relieve wear and tear, maintain a tidy environment, and delight the children. It's not about the quantity of toys; it's about their quality and enjoyment they provide.

What is not included?

We ask parents to provide the following if your child is still bottle feeding, not potty trained, or not over the age of 2-years old.

Baby Milk Powder

Baby Formula and Bottles

We kindly request that parents supply their own baby formula, or specialized baby food for their child if they are not yet able to eat solid foods. Additionally, please bring baby bottles and any specific utensils your child may require.

Diapers

Diapers and Wipes

Parents should supply diapers, wipes, and training underwear for their child, ensuring they have at least a week's supply to accommodate the varying needs that may change daily.

Baby Clothes on Line

Sleep Sack and Extra Outfits

Child care regulations clearly indicate that infants and toddlers under 2 years old are required to nap in a sleep sack to enhance safety. We kindly that parents supply additional outfits for their child, as accidents such as potty mishaps, spills, and vomit can happen unexpectedly.

Subsidies

If your family receives or is eligible for any financial support from the state of California through child care subsidies (ex: foster care, headstart, etc), we have worked directly with these agencies and can take on subsidy enrollments. When you apply for our program, we will work with you and the respective agency you receive this benefit from to ensure the program tuition is paid, and that we comply with any reporting requirements that they require.

FSA/Employer Benefits

If your employer offers any tax-deductible flexible spending account (FSA) that you would like to use to pay tuition, we accept them as forms of payment through our digital invoicing system. We will work you directly to ensure you have the required documentation for proof or reimbursement from the FSA provider. Examples include: providing copies of the monthly invoices, and a yearly, dependent care tax form summary of all associated tuition costs for your child.
