That journey begins with a personalized tour of our daycare, where you can meet us, see the space, and ask any questions. This visit helps both parents and children feel confident and comfortable as they take the first steps toward joining our Little Mandarins family.

Digitally Enroll and Pay Our $150 Application Fee

After the tour, families receive a digital enrollment packet via DocuSign, making the process easy and convenient to complete from home. The forms cover everything needed to officially reserve your child’s spot, and once completed, families submit them along with a one-time $150 application fee via Freshbooks, our invoicing system. This seamless, paper-free process helps us get to know your child better and ensures a smooth transition into our program.

We keep electronic records and a physical copy of your child's enrollment during their time at Little Mandarins per California state law governing child care admissions documents. 

Submit Vaccination Records Prior to First Day and Pay the Month's Tuition

At Little Mandarins Daycare, we follow California state law, which requires all enrolled children to be up to date on their vaccinations. Families must submit official immunization records before a child’s first day. Required vaccines include DTaP, Polio, Hepatitis B, Hib, MMR, and Varicella, depending on the child’s age. While medical exemptions are allowed with a licensed California physician’s note, personal belief exemptions are not permitted.

Before your child’s first day, we ask that parents pay the month’s tuition, which will be sent via FreshBooks seven days in advance. If your child starts later in the month, we’ll prorate the tuition based on the remaining days of care.

Get Ready for Your Child's First Day

For your child’s first day at Little Mandarins Daycare, please bring everything they’ll need to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. If your child is not yet eating solid foods, please include baby formula, any special baby food, bottles, and preferred feeding utensils. All families should bring a full change of clothes, along with a week’s supply of diapers and baby wipes. For infants under 2 years old, California law requires that they sleep in a sleep sack—please be sure to include one for naptime.
